Delivery location must be clear, dry, accessible, and free of debris, with no greater than 6% slope. A minimum clearance of 4’-6’ all around the building and a height clearance of 14’ is required. It is recommended to have concrete cinder blocks available for our delivery driver to place your building upon. We recommend using 8”x16”x4” blocks.

It is far better to find out about some restrictions or requirements ahead of time so you can deal with them proactively than it is to have to adjust later or even take your building down. Metal buildings do have a bit of a reputation for sweating, which is the term for what happens when condensation builds up, and the inside of the walls gets wet. The best way to fight back against sweating problems in your building is using quality insulation. We offer a triple ply blanket that is a thermal, radiant and moisture barrier that solves the condensation from drips on the inside. The thermal rating of our insulation is a R16.
There is no requirement for a metal building to be constructed on top of a concrete foundation, although this is often a good option. We can also install these on asphalt, gravel or dirt.
